• Due to its loose texture, fingerprint application is recommended for intense payoff with as minimal fallout as possible.
• For maximum pigmentation and shimmer, gently pat finger into Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment and lightly press onto the back of the hand to warm product, then blend onto eyelid.
• Pat onto center of lid to add glistening dimension to any eye look.
• Layer over eyeshadow with a metallic finish for an opaque, multi-dimensional shimmer effect.
• Balance two different finishes, matte and shimmer, by creating a look using only matte shades and accentuating the inner corner with Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment.
